Weren’t they like $6 & $7 when beer sales started in 2019?

Almost everything costs 50% more now, even eggs and milk.

JMU got to see other venues first hand how to deal with concession issues and are implementing those ideas. JMU wants a better concession experience PLUS they realized they were leaving a lot of $$$ on the table due to the current state of concessions.

Myself and members of my party have turned down concessions countless times because we didn't want to wait in the slow lines. They're losing revenue by taking too long to process orders.

They also need to start being more direct with customers and asking them to step to the side if they're not ready to order upon walk up. That's half the issue, customers screwing around.

Tell me you didn't go to Louisville without telling me you didn't go to Louisville.

I did not...not a road trip I could make last year. But by all accounts Louisville provides a good gameday experience. This is all 2nd hand.

Not from my experience. The worst road fans I've ever experienced.

Yeah, there’s always some turds. But kinda depends on luck of the draw. We ran into some stereotypical ignorant WVU fans in Morgantown trying to start altercations with us for cheering for JMU, but there was another WVU fan right beside us encouraging us to ignore the meatheads.

Louisville fans I ran into were all pretty friendly. Chugged some natties with some randoms on the way in. Some people tried to start stuff, but you just ignore it and keep smiling and stay friendly and those donkeys usually lose interest. I really enjoyed the stadium experience in Louisville. Nice place.

What went wrong at Louisville? I went there for grad school and had season tickets. Never really noticed anything out of the ordinary regarding alcohol sales or consumption

I guess a lot can come down to the luck of who you run in to individually, but I didn't have any issues at all at Louisville or WVU. The worst fans I've experienced at a road football game were at Maryland, followed pretty closely by UNC. UNC basketball fans were cool though. Probably a combination of the amount of alcohol and not being used to winning in football.
