Ohio University’s last MAC FB championship was in 1968! I’m not so sure they can beat the Rockets with the Bobcats starting QB being out and given Ohio’s hard luck in MAC Championship games (0-5). I suspect Toledo will have a decided home field advantage as well given their proximity to Ford Field. But…I thought Finn was horrible today for the Rockets. Interested in seeing the betting line.

With Ohio's starting QB done for the season, it is a little more of a toss up. With him, I think it would be a rout. However, his replacement was pretty good against BG, going 10 of 21 for 196 and a TD w 0 interceptions. It was his first start.

Given what we saw from UT today, I see an Ohio win and maybe comfortably. The Rockettes enter the MACC with negative momentum.

The UT board is in meltdown mode, hoping to usher Candle out of town.

To be fair, if we had clinched the west and then mailed in our last two games, this board would be undergoing similar spasms.

True, Rourke has gone down for the season, but CJ Harris more than proved himself worthy against BG. So, I'm not as worried about the QB situation as I was went Kurtis first went down at Ball State.

54 years is a long time (I should know, I'm 61 years old! LOL). We gotta win this darn thing sometime, right?! This seems like a good year to do it (hopefully).

Going 0-4 in our previous attempts in Detroit, this one would be for Frank if we can do it.

I don't have a dog in this fight but it's too bad Frank Solich wasn't able to win a MACC while at Ohio U (not that I wanted the Bobkittens to beat us 2016).

yes it is, but Frank is still involved somewhat in the program and i'm sure he'll be there saturday. i would bet the guys dedicate the title to Frank if they win it.

Feel bad for the Bobcats. Can’t get over the hump. If Roark would’ve played, I think Ohio U. wins.
