This team plays better with Gleason at QB. I’m not saying he’s a better QB than Finn…but the TEAM just seems to play better when he’s on the field. Doesn’t hurt that he’s also our second biggest running back in size & can get North-South yards whereas Finn needs to usually get around a corner first.

Candle shows his lack of imagination as an OC in a game like this. When it's obvious that the OL can't protect, run screens, RB draws, quick slants, jumbo packages - there's a ton of options to protect the OL, but he seems to just call the same old same old and pray that something lucky happens, when it's obvious it won't.

This needs to be said over & over: we have no business being in the MAC championship game. None. We will be absolutely embarrassed in Detroit.

There's no way we know how good either quarterback or our running backs are because of the OL. I would sit Finn and let Gleason finish. And hope Gleason doesn't get hammered.
