Justin Williams just tweeted they only have 100 remaining.

For the dorks that can’t handle a sprinkle, the chance of rain is now showing 0 and high of 54 still.

Fritz may get a look from one of the southern jobs like GT or Auburn.

Lane Kiffin is already having to fend off the media that he isn't leaving Ole Miss for Auburn. LOL. I'm a fan of Coach Fritz. To do what he's done at Tulane...TULANE...is just incredible. Nothing but the best for that guy.

I still don't know how to post links to show individual tweets from twitter, but according to https://twitter.com/GoBEARCATS the game is sold out.

The one "knock" on him is his age. Programs seem to desire the younger, up and coming coaches. Fritz will be 63 years old in a few months. A school might not want to bring in a guy who is likely to want to hang it up for good in a few years.

Of course Lance Leipold is the exception to that, but he is 58 and 5 years is a big difference in the coaching world.

He's done a fine job and as others have suggested, to do that with Tulane's lack of resources and complete fan apathy is remarkable. If I were running a historically elite, but sagging P5, I'd roll the dice with Fritz to rebuild and mentor a coach-in-waiting on his staff rather than grabbing the flavor of the month from the MAC or Sun Belt and hoping he can avoid the Peter Principle.

Redpants? Ah, now that brings back some fond memories. I wonder whatever happened to that gal? I hope she's doing well and that maybe her mojo can bring us great success against Tulane.

I would have thought all black, with the Black Friday dynamic, etc.

All part of the Fick "keep 'em guessing" mantra, I suppose.

Well it worked in the CCG against Houston so why not try it again with the high stakes today? Sorry, but the metallic red lids don't do much for me, nor the all red look. But if the players are happy and produce a victory, I'm all in.

I acknowledge Tulane is really a good team. But I have a feeling UC might finally put it all together on offense and defense and play its way into the CCG. If not, I guess we start making plans for a bowl game not named Cotton. No one wants to think about that but if our 'Cats come up short on the scoreboard today it's been a very successful season, AFTER the best season ever.

RE: TooLame next up!
I was hoping today was the day a young team and relatively inexperienced coaching staff put it all together. Was hoping we would see a dominant performance and not letting the game com down to one possession.

Unfortunately with the news re Bryant that doesn’t seem likely.

The good news. We don’t need a QB to win games. Haven’t had it all year. Prater just needs to not lose it. No stupid turnovers and I think we win!

Go Cats!

That's not good...Tulane is run first, not having our biggest run stopper is a killer.

Rath, I'm thinking you may be starting a new streak here...
