MyBB South Florida Bulls
South Florida comes into Monday’s matchup with UAB with a dismal record of 0-4. However, they have lost all games by a total of only 14 points, or 3.5 points/game. They lost at Auburn by 8. South Florida led at halftime 30-21. Auburn, a top 20 KenPom team, did not get the lead and control of the game until the 13-minute mark of the second half. Score wise, this was Auburn’s most difficult game to date.

KenPom has Auburn at #16, but South Florida has also lost home games to #285 Southeast Missouri State by 3, #247 Stetson by 1, and just recently to #234 Austin Peay by 2.

This game is at a “neutral” site - the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach.

KenPom has it UAB 78 - South Florida 65.

Interesting.. so are they actually a good team that’s had bad luck, or vice Versa?

All I know is they are better than their 0-4 record would indicate.

I think they are a dangerous team and if we don't play well they have the talent to beat us. And it would be a devastating loss.

They are going to be hungry for a win. Won't be a pushover.

Cool RE: South Florida Bulls
The South Florida senior point guard is 5-9, 150 Tyler Harris. He played at Memphis his first two years, then transferred to Iowa State. He was back at Memphis last season. Yes, this is his fifth season! Harris is only 4-23 from behind the three-point arc, or 17%. They could easily be 3-1 if Harris was hitting his shot. He is due.

RE: South Florida Bulls
Harris scored 24 points against UAB in Dec. of 2018, when Memphis won 94-76. He was 4-10 from three and 10-11 from the line - as a freshman!

Harris scored 8 against us at The Bart in Dec. 2019. Memphis won by 8.

He has started all four games for South Florida.
