I think the Colorado AD openly stated they did not have the money for to pay Deion at they time they signed the contract but he is confident it wont be an issue...

Mile High is just right down the road, so its silly for CU to play in an old, on campus stadium when they have access to an NFL stadium with plenty of parking & great sight lines so readily available.

About the same for me. As I've gotten sorta familiar with potential options he's definitely in the top two or three for me. But I won't be surprised if some team let's go of their coach next season just to go after him. West Virginia is the first team that comes to mind. We'll see who else makes that list

With Silverfield, just like with past coaches for out sports teams I will continue to hope for the best as long as he's here. But now I have the "Hope for the Best. Expect the worst." point of view.

Would that move my needle? I don't know.

With this conference and these schedules I'm not sure what Silverfield can do to change my opinion.

To be honest about it, I think a firm shift of opinion would take winning the G5 slot bowl game. That may not be fair, but I think that is where I am.

2 loss season would get my attention. Lose to Missouri in StL close and then 7-1 in conference.

Silverfield is pretty much outclassed as a coach by most of the AAC. Been three years and I guarantee you that no P5s or upper level G5s have any interest in him whatso ever.

I fully expected UNT or Tulsa to grab him. Tulsa went another direction.

It wouldn't matter--he said he wouldn't leave anyway.

OP edited with Ken Noomahtilooola BOH at Navy.
(Now with Ken gone and Mike Chechevski gone, who is the toughest spell in college coaches?)
Fully one-half of our new AAC conference will have new coaches next year.

Updated OP. Navy the only job still open.

Still a pretty decent coaching candidate pool at the bottom of the OP. I guess these guys will be available next year when we likely come calling.

Of that group I really like Garrett Riley. Hire him and offer CRS assistant coach/recruiting coordinator/OLine coach with his compensation the same for the remainder of his contract (minus media compensation). If he refuses he can walk away from his money.

Updated OP with Navy promoting their DC to HC.
And with that, the carousel may have come to a stop for another year.
Didn't appear to be a lot of job-hopping this year - mostly hires of guys out of work for a year or so, and OCs/DCs.
