EKU is 1-1 having lost 66-60 to a typically good WKU team but then crushing Miami OH 137-52. Now that Miami OH is the Middletown Branch.

EKU is not very physically impressive but if we shoot as poorly from deep as we did on Thursday then it'll be a close game again.

He hasn't said November yet though

Playing well so far. Rotations still aren't there on defense but they are working hard.

Definitely crashing the glass a lot harder than the last game.

Dave has been incredible so far this year

Seems like after the CSU game Wes must have put a big emphasis on crashing the glass and it's paying off.

Yep...we actually have a rebounding advantage with our size on the wings if they actually engage themselves. Looks like people are following thay advice now. Ody has upgraded from baby giraffe to 3 month old giraffe so far this game.

Phinesee is exactly what many of us thought he'd be. Don't think even he believes he is ever going to make a shot.

Lahkin's one issue still remains not knowing when he is out of rebounding position and getting bad over the back fouls.

Does anyone have any idea how long Newman might be out?
I had assumed he would be a starter or first man off the bench entering the season, so that is a big loss.

Yep, if he keeps driving to the basket like this and converting from the stripe he'll have a scoring season like we haven't seen in a decade.

Dave is going to have one hell of a year too now that we're able to space the floor a bit. This could be a very fun year outside of the Houston games lol.

Our offense looks really good when we are banging threes

EKU is horrific on defense. We're getting pretty much every shot we want.

Seems like MAW is getting the majority of minutes so far. MAW's not the greatest on offense, but he can at least make a shot now and then. Phinisee seems like he might give you 2 points per game if you are lucky.
