It doesn’t matter what the GOP votes for or funds. All that matters is ballot collecting a month before each Election Day.

The economic conditions, approval rating, histrionics, all should have given the GOP a leg up in a gain of at least 15-20 seats. You no longer have to “earn” a vote.
