JMU -8. ODU sucks.

Copying my post from the other thread:

Will be interesting what teams show up. Will it be the ODU team that beat Coastal or the ODU team that was shutout by Marshall?

Will the JMU team that went 5-0 show up or will it be the conservative offense and leaky defense team of the last two games?

If both teams bring their best, I expect JMU to win. But not sure what to expect out of either team right now with both on a 3 game slide. Could be a 9-3 type game or a 31-27 type. Either way I'm looking forward to being there and hopefully seeing a lot of purple. Let's end their chances at a bowl.

Lol we have a chance you say I mean technically we do but don't we need an offense and our QB is a flower girl at a Canadian wedding so I don't think we are a threat to anyone per say.

The big question is are you guys good at stopping runs up the middle every play?

That's ODU's favorite play. Run it between the tackles. It doesn't work, so they try it again hoping the defense isn't expecting it. Rinse and repeat.

Hey that sounds familiar. It's 3rd and 8 after running up the middle twice... They'll never expect us to run it up the middle again!

Is it accurate that one of you will have a 4 game losing streak after this game?

Unfortunately, the Monarchs are far too inconsistent this season and the Pukes will likely break through and get their highly coveted 1st win against an ODU football team.

I think James Madison wins, but the way this season is going who knows. Good luck to both teams and that everyone stays healthy.

I feel like JMU should win, but it really all comes down to QB play. If we get the smart, drive-extending Todd Centeio, that's one thing. If we get whoever showed up last week against Loserville, then who knows?

That would be awesome but if we can get someone like Washington or Larussa back i'd be plenty happy. One can dream i guess
