I wouldn't go that far. But there are definitely some concerns. Most notably, ZERO movement on offense. Right now we don't have a bunch of 1 on 1 guys, last year we had 3. I just don't understand why the offense doesn't have a plan. Pick n roll should be money with some of the bigger bodies we have out there now. Screen n move, screen n move simple concept.

RE: @OKLAHOMA - GAME 2
I don't understand why someone would go out of their way to call Trazerian not a scorer when he clearly is our top guy at the moment.

So he doesn't hit a lot of 3's. Big deal. No one else can right now, either. At least he's a guy who seems to find other ways to score when his shot isn't falling. Like when he got to the line 6x tonight and made 5.

And again, he's a sophomore. The shot will come. Until another scorer emerges, he's our guy. But sure, call him a junk-ball scorer because he isn't TJ Carter.

Tra is a good player, no doubt. He will get his and collect caroms too.

I wonder if Shy back to 1 with Thomas to give Ross, JHarv, or Hodge some off ball action will be considered? Need a shooter/production from both lead and off guards.

Need 2 perimeter threats to cause problems and that can be the 2 and 4 positions.

Because i'm taking an honest look at the TEAM. You made this about about White, not me. He gets his points off of good cuts to the basket. He gets his points off rebounds and putbacks. He gets his points because he draws fouls and hits FT's. He gets his points, I agree. But you can't seem to comprehend the idea that he isn't a guy who can just light up another team creating shots, going one on one, pulling up from three, etc. It was that simple and it's a fact. He can't put the team on his back and carry them to a win with his offensive skills.

And because we don't have "that guy" we have got to reshape our offense to get MORE players getting points the way he does. Everyone can move and make cuts. Everyone can box out, grab a board and put it back up. Noah Ross may be that guy and I think Siddle is already seeing it. He would be the perfect complement to White because he's unselfish and can get the ball to White on the cut or on the break. I also think Nolan Hodge has that ability but Siddle sees something that's keeping him on the bench.

This is correct regarding White, and as I've posted on other threads this team does not have nearly the shooters/ scorers at least right now to replace what we lost from last season.

RE: @OKLAHOMA - GAME 2
It definitely didn't look good last night. But what were we saying at this time last year and beyond? And how did we end up? Are we once again coming to conclusions too soon? Shouldn't we give Siddle a chance to adjust things? Just like last year, we have a team that doesn't know each other so well. I just think it will take some time to work out the kinks. And to determine who should be on the floor the most. Along with who plays better together.
Soon, in the words of the immortal Aaron Rogers. R-E-L-A-X. LOL

I don't think anyone is jumping ship. At least i'm not, i don't have a short memory and after last years turn around Siddle has earned more patience(last year at this time he hadn't earned that yet). That said, The lack of movement on offense is concerning, simply because we won despite that last year. But last year we had enough guys that could go 1 on 1 it didn't hurt us as much. As others have pointed out, we don't have that this year, at least not yet. So, i'd like to see more of a plan on offense. A good plan on offense creates better, higher quality chances.

I agree. I think they can absolutely get it together, and I also believe Siddle can find a reasonable answer. Seeing the EXACT same problem on offense with LESS offensive answers is concerning at a minimum. Those of us with concerns, don't need to be told to "Relax" any time we voice them.

Our concerns were valid last year, and they weren't just made up out of nowhere. I think the overall defense is better this year, so that is something to build on and give the team and us confidence going forward.

Not telling anyone what to do. Just my opinion. The same opinion I had last year. We are well ahead of last years team. We had a bad game against a P5 team. At least it wasn't Jacksonville. Guess you missed the LOL part.
