The refs are required to have clear evidence in order to overturn the ruling on the field. Not sure how anyone could look at that catch and say he CLEARLY didn't have possession at the 19.

Obviously the ghosts of ref mics kept me from hearing the full explanation. Was it incomplete? If so, why wasn’t it back at the original line of scrimmage?

They said the receiver didn't have control of the ball at contact, and finally gained control after he had been tackled behind the first down marker.
