Conference tournament kicks off this weekend with 4 games in Lexington and Huntington. However, some news and awards broke today.
Georgia Southern Men's Soccer Coach John Murphy to Step Down
Probably not a surprise here, Georgia Southern was an outclassed team this year, and was not really competitive with the other 8 in the league.
Also, the conference post-season awards were announced, with the awards and first and second teams basically being the combined Marshall and Kentucky rosters. The top two seeds swept the 7 conference "of the Year" awards and took 16 of the 22 spots on the All-Conference first and second teams.
