I think NIU might have more of a problem at QB than we do. Which is saying a lot from our QB play so far this year.

Someone tell Mac that when you have 3 timeouts left and you have the ball at your opponents 40 yard line with 25 seconds left, it’s ok to call timeout so you have a chance to get closer for a possible FG.

No idea WTF they were thinking there. You don’t get to keep those timeouts for the second half. Makes no sense.

They looked really good in the first half. The wheels almost came off in the 2nd half.

Hope the team learned to take nothing for granted and keep their focus in all 4 qts.

Good win though. Keeps their slim bowl hopes alive.

This. And I liked the QB rotation, with the possible exception of using Emmanuel to try and burn clock late.
