The AAC runs through Tulane
I wonder even with the ECU loss, if Ucf handles Memphis could they get ranked ?

Still hope for Gameday UCF @ Tulane ?

If Tulane handles businesss during that game it won’t really matter what happens during the Cinci game

This. Monty is 4-3 against Tulane. Willie is 3-3 against Monty/Tulsa.

Very happy we had a bye week to focus on this trap game.

RE: The AAC runs through Tulane
What's crazy is that through 9 weeks, the AAC is 23 points away from having 5 teams in or around the top 25. For how ****** this season felt a few weeks back, not a bad finale for AAC 1.0

Tulane (USM), 3 points
UCF (Louisville), 6 points
Cincy (Arkansas), 7 points
Houston (Texas Tech), 3 points
ECU (NC ST & Navy), 4 points

Meanwhile MWC's #1 team lost to UTEP by 17 points.

I’m sure each relevent fan base can tell you, the aac was very close to a number of good ooc/ P5 wins. We all wish they had come to fruition (ECU)

good point:

Tulane (USM), 3 points (would be 8-0)
UCF (Louisville), 6 points (would be 7-1)
Cincy (Arkansas), 7 points (would be 7-1)
Houston (Texas Tech), 3 points
ECU (NC ST & Navy), 4 points (could be 7-1)

The AAC has 5 good teams this season and look in good shape to continue to be the 6th best conference in football. I hope Aresco can get the AAC a better new contract because that extra money will help a lot.

The top of the league is deep with good teams this year but nobody is top 15 good. Makes for an interesting home stretch.

Tulane could be top 15 good (as seen when we beat a top 15 Kansas state on the road) or Tulane could be top 30 good. We could lose any game on our schedule. If we play complete games we could win every game on our schedule.

RE: The AAC runs through Tulane
The AAC is by far one of the best conferences in the country and will continue to be for years to come. I’m just happy Tulane is at the top of the conference now and possibly for years to come as well.

RE: The AAC runs through Tulane
Yeah that’s asinine and something an 11 year old would come up with. ANYWAY- the real question do we want LSU to beat Bama or lose to bama ?

LSU beats bama, Tulane has a much better shot at College Gameday for ranked UCF@ ranked Tulane.

Bama crushes LSU, lsu is eliminates from playoff discussions and drops out of the top 25/below Tulane. Huge for Tulane and would help pick up fans.

RE: The AAC runs through Tulane
Anywayyyyy, huge games this week. The AAC should actively be rooting for Tulane. It would help the profile of the league if Tulane (and ECU etc) kick the crap out of houston/Cinci/Ucf on the way out. I would love for ECU and Tulane to make the CCG and get a NY6 bowl.

For UCF & Cinci & Houston, may the best team win. Roll wave
