Guy with mental health issues breaks in looking for Nancy. A scared Paul calls police as he watches on and tries to alert them he needs help without getting his skull bashed in. The guy clearly wants Nancy and not him so Paul is able to make the call for help. They show up, attacker knows the gig is up, and hammers Paul in the head.
