I am pretty disappointed in the city getting in the way of businesses doing business, there are a lot of empty space in the city and the city puts up too much red tape or wants too many bribes to get **** done.

Fan, a few years ago a national concern wanted to build a location in Ann Arbor. Their national construction manager stated, "Ann Arbor, Michigan is the most unreceptive city in the USA to do a new project". I think the City of Ypsilanti follows their lead.

Check the municipal services of Ypsi Township, Pittsfield, Saline and Dexter. They do FAR more with less.

Tap Room and Bobcat Bonnies downtown are pretty solid too. BBs is more restaurant, Tap has food but more of a relaxed bar crowd.

The Vu had a fire and there's a lot of issues with the building. City won't let then reopen.
