Obviously Putin himself can't push the button. So if it got to that, we'd just have to hope the Russian chain of command has some sense among them and has different ideas.

President Trump not warmonger in chief.
Trump's pattern of talk tough and negotiate was pretty consistent. Infact his calling off of retaliatory strikes enraged a number of Republicans.

Trump and consistent is an oxymoron.

He was too busy planning to overthrow the government, avoid prosecutions and undermine elections.
