DOJ officials know they can act with impunity and flaunt illegality when attacking Trump or any other Republican official. And FWIW, cases brought by the government for things like this usually win 95% of the time. Durham lost them both.

But this was no surprise. If you all would have listened to @EmptyWheel like I told you, you would have known this. Durham was incompetent at everything other than wasting our money on an actual witch hunt.

So are you celebrating the Trump source for not being prosecuted or celebrating that someone lied for the Dems that allowed them to pursue something that wasn't true for a few years.

Either way, I'd think you'd want someone who was guilty to be punished.
