Bannon was sentenced to 4 months. But won't be required to go to prison until after his appeal(s). Odds on Bannon never seeing a day in jail?

Sure, sounds about right. I mean, nobody has been so selfless as Steve, in the name of peace and furthering his fellow man.

That will play very well with "The Base."

Bannon will exploit that 4-month sentence (if he even serves). He'll be the political-prisoner martyr who flipped the bird to the 'deep state' and sacrificed himself for the MAGA movement.

I think from his POV, the street cred capital he gains from this might be worth the few months in jail.

Maybe, I think for a man his age used to tying one on all the time, the loss of freedom for even that long will hurt. Here's to hoping.

He should be in jail until he turns over the documents they're asking for. 4 months is nothing for what he's getting away with.
