I dont think he needs to be fired yet, but I would certainly hope we are identifying and gauging the interest of some other coaches.

It is a tough situation as we may have become a stepping stone university for both coaches and players, at least in football.


I'm still hoping Silverfield can turn this around and finish out this season positively. Our last 16 games we are 7-9, with four of those losses having blown 3+ score leads.

At least his teams play hard, they are just young.

I'd love to fire him now - and get a head start on finding the replacement.
But I doubt our Admin will be that aggressive.
We will finish the season and then they will decide.
Maybe now we root for FSU to tank the rest of the season, and replace Norvell with Deion.
I actually think Norvell would come back here.

Yeah GT did Memphis a HUGE favor then they proceeded to eff it up and hired Tubbah ' looking for a golden parachute ' Smith. What a dumb*** hire that was.....
