Immigrants duped by DeSantis may now qualify for special visas
Now in addition to the investigations into whether or not Governor DeSantis violated the law with his little stunt, the immigrants he shipped to Massachusetts may have new grounds to remain in this country legally -

I have greatly enjoyed the resentment and bitterness of the anti-DeSantis, anti-Abbott type people over the issue of illegal immigrants visiting sections of the country that typically don’t have the privilege of dealing with this issue on a face-to-face, day-to-day basis. I hope they continue.

Under a perverted ideology the criminal is the victim, borders don't exist, and justice is trashed.

Welcome to today's DNC.

Of course they were. Where are the passports? Did they request asylum at the next nearest contiguous country?

They are ALL illegal alien invaders unless they are from Mexico or Canada.

So DeSantis gives them an all expense paid weekend in toney Mawtha’s Vineyawd and the local millionaires can’t suffer even the thought of this intrusion. The clear racists that they are.

Now let them deal with the MILLIONS of illegals simply strolling into this once great country every day by day, effectively emptying out central and parts of South America.

But the loons wanna focus on a few dozen arriving in the clearly racist north east.

Maybe this is what gets DeSantis impeached. Or elected President.

Roll the die, loons. Take your best shot.

Walk into Mexico or any Central or South American country without your papers and say you're there legally.

Now back to our laws....

They were Venezuelans seeking asylum. Had DeSantis transported illegals he would have broken the law.

There is a federal law, called 8 U.S.C. § 1324, that criminalizes transporting an undocumented migrant anywhere within the U.S. if the migrant has entered the U.S. unlawfully or remains in the country without a visa or other documentation. This law also prohibits someone from even helping or planning to transport undocumented migrants.

Does it matter? There is already 30 million illegals here? Almost nobody gets deported. DeSantis stunt? Biden ran on an open border. What kind of a stunt is that? How many is enough for you? 100 Million? That is the number I am hearing. Is that what you want? Why do you want a Latin American country? If it's so great why doesn't the Angloshpere move there?

There is also a federal law, called 8 U.S.C. § 1325, that criminalizes entry into the United States without a visa or other documentation. Experience has shown that this law is violated constantly. We shall see if the DOJ wants to start prosecuting violations of § 1324 more vigorously, while at the same time looking the other way on violations of § 1325. Just for myself, I think the public reaction to that would be very instructive. We’ll see what happens.

Do you have warrants with Bidens' and Mayorkas' name on it?

Are you aware that our very own government has been doing exactly that for months and months now. So, they had better get ready to prosecute themselves, then.

Besides, when did THIS administration begin following laws?

I think its funny the newspaper pretends they were probably going to be sent back but for the actions of DeSantis. So gullible. They still dont get it. As a group---and with few exceptions---illegal immigrants fully intend to stay here whether its legal or not. If they cared about our law they wouldnt immigrate by just walking across the border in the manner that they do. Thats why we call them illegal immigrants and not undocumented aliens.
