Clark or his coaching progeny would never manage timeouts, the clock, or the end of a half like that.

We are content to just cede the last possessions to the other teams and not even attempt to score. It’s not even in the coach’s brain to attempt a hurry up drive at the end of a half, even when we are losing and when the other team gets the ball to start the 2nd half. Complete coaching idiocy.

I don't even know if we practice a two minute drill.

By the results on the field and the coaching philosophy you can see that we don’t.. there’s no need to in their mind.

I know I’m a dinosaur, but short yardage near the goal line, why are we in gun instead of a true jumbo pkg with QB under center. Just once I’d like to see us leverage our strength and play true slobber knocker football. We act like we are afraid of people

Because Clark and Clark Jr don’t know anything else other than 3 plays.

Good start to the second half

Great start to the second half and we stall and have to try for a FG again. At least it was good this time

It only really bothers me when we are playing like crap, but as today is one of those days, I just want to point out how much I hate both the DJ and Speedy.

Only 6 points gained from being on the Charlotte 1, 3, and 12.

At least the defense is stepping up.

This isn't a UAB thing, it's a college football thing. Not many teams practice going under center anymore. It's literally foreign to today's generation of offenses.

Good catch by Palmer to hang on. Shame we couldn't convert the 2 pt. Hopefully we shut them out the rest of the way. The Braves just got knocked out of the playoffs by the MFin Phillies, so if UAB loses this game it might be worst sports day ever.

As good as our D is, it seems like we struggle late in close games.
