Battle of the Titans in Highschool football
I will be at the #5 Springfield at #4 Centerville (Spectrum Sports State wide poll, D-1) GWOC football game tonight. Both schools are loaded with D-1 prospects:

Springfield
247 sports:

Anthony Brown, WR, committed to UK
Jaivian Norman, Safety, 68 tackles, offered by UT, EMU only
Aaron Scott, CB, 6-1, 160 Junior, offered by UT, OSU, UK, UC, among offers
Shawn Thigpen, WR, 6-4, 170 once offered by UT, BGSU commit

Centerville
247 sports:

Wakilongo, RB, BGSU commit
Jean-Lewis, LB, WMU commit
Emmanuel Dang, CB, 6-2-172 senior, offered by UT, CMU, Army, Navy, Ohio, Ind, IVY schools
Reggie Powers, Safety 6-1, 185, offered by UT, Ball St, UC, Kent, Duke, others
Kicker Jackson Courville, no info, attended the prodigious Kohl's professional camp July 2022, He is having a down year in FG's 5/10, 17/18 Extra points, having watch him he normally puts the kickoffs into the end zone. All state kicker in 2021.

Yep but looking a little more human this year. The locals, PBURG and Whitmer may have a shot in the region. PBURG particularly seems to be improving with the season.

Centerville starting QB was hurt and did not play, the backup did not have the passing ability like starter Drake Wells does.

Think he was talking about Springfield Ohio where Chris Wallace is coaching as OC.

So was I. PBURG, Whitmer and Springfield (OH) are all in Region 2.
