Handy flip chart
Do not know if this is new, has been mentioned on this board, but I have just noticed it. You can print a nice flip chart of the Huskie/Rockets two deeps from the football schedule. Maybe the discussion of lack of programs on this board lit a light bulb.

GO HUSKIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RE: Handy flip chart
Thanks for posting this, as I was not aware they had added it to the schedule page. At least it is something to help with player identification. I would still prefer an actual program……but, it is at least something.

RE: Handy flip chart
This is the sort of thing they had at the Vanderbilt game in select locations. They had very few available because we know they don't like printing anything. If they are not going to print a program, they should at least print a scorecard or roster card like this and sell it for $1 or $2 to recover costs and maybe even make a couple bucks (novel idea). Put a couple ads in it and make even more money. This is what they do (or used to do) at the basketball games.

This is still a far cry from the outstanding game programs that used to be produced by the sports information office back in Korcek's day. Seriously, I've got some old Huskie Illustrateds that are like a hundred pages thick and even some women's basketball programs (called Dog Tales) that were 34 pages. Once again, they should have promoted Korcek's top assistant than believe the notion that Donna had "national contacts," something media people were told at the time.

Yes, I remember those Huskie Illustrated programs, and they were great. I may have a few buried somewhere. The problem is that we are now in the electronic age, and there is a total aversion to and revulsion of anything printed. All under the guise of saving money. They expect everyone to stare at their phones or iPads if they want any information. So, no programs or roster cards for us! They expect us to print out our own roster sheets and bring them to the game. Then, they probably won’t allow us to bring them into the stadium.
