RE: Rice post game interview
Team disappointed
Team made too many mistakes to win against a team like rice.[/i]
Team played hard
Coaches prepared hard
Can’t do anything but take care of what’s in front of them.

He also harkened back to 2019, when the team laid a similar road egg at WKU to open conference play, but found a way to get to the conference championship game. He sounded rough though. Like “I have no job now” rough. In a way I think he knows. And that sucks—you wanna root for people that have been part of this program to continue and grow.
If Vincent has any hope left, it’s probably that these kids won’t quit on him. With no divisions this season, the CUSA race is going to be unpredictable and stupid.

Yeah and that sucks for him. Makes it harder to pull off those miracle seasons. I really am rooting for him. If he succeeds the program succeeds.
