I’d love to give the staff the benefit of the doubt. Doesn’t seem like anything will change. What do we do after this season?

I am understanding that nothing changes from the AD point of view, it was going to be an open search regardless.

As much as I’d love either, Prime isn’t coming here. Chadwell is a possibility but with the AAC/SunBelt drama I see him sticking with his squad. Hope I’m wrong.

The AD is doing a search. The only thin we can do is ride out the storm.

What's with major colleges asking for Deion? His kids are in JSU and I don't think he'll leave like that. Deion wanted to make FCS/HBCU to be as good as the big schools so why leave there. He just got a five star player from FSU!

He’d easily leave for GT or FSU. He’s done great for HBCUs but money talks.

Prime is in the same situation that Clark was here. Why would he leave a place were he practically has control. Just because he's at an JSU doesn't mean he's leaving for more money.

Chadwell only making between $850k-$1.15 mil. They aren’t out of our budget range.
Right now, why would he leave SBC to go to AAC. It's a lateral move in money and conference. You're thinking with emotion now.

You tell donors you’re about to hire a guy like prime, they immediately add more money to the pot.

I'm being realistic. There are a lot more coaches out there. I mean shoot our shot, but you think The CC is gonna leave CC for us? What's the incentive?
I'd rather a DC or OC who actually gets to call plays and is hungry to prove himself.
We are in a better position than before. We also have to be realistic. Offer them, but don't get but hurt or insulted if they turn it down. I mean that's how we got Bartow, so you may be right.

While we're talking about making people tell us no, make Tom Herman tell us no.

Id take a look at Travis Williams, the current DC at UCF. He's a former Auburn player and I know UCF fans are high on him, both for his scheme and recruiting ability. I know we want offense, but he's a young guy who will likely be a future HC somewhere.

Let's get Coach O when he runs out of his LSU buyout money

We need an offensive head coach, or a guy who is going to let a real OC run his offense. We are going to start losing fans and season ticket holders if we don’t start running a real offense.
