I know we have two in Sarasota, one just south of Orlando and Bob on the east coast.

Ditto, I'm in Charleston SC currently, buying water and batteries, can't begin to imagine how the FL Huskies are prepping/bailing. Good luck guys...

Spoke to Huskie Bob yesterday, he was prepped. Shouldn't be too bad when it gets to the east coast. Nothing in Miami to speak of, but Sarasota probably won't fare well. I hope those guys are okay.

We're good here on the Space Coast so far. 5 inches of rain today, with a lot more to come. Flooding is going to be an issue, but we should escape any high winds. Thanks for thinking of all of us! 04-bow

Agreed.....for now. But, you may change your tune after we get the bone-chilling cold (especially while sitting outside in Huskie Stadium), dumps of snow, and then celebrate Spring with flooding T-storms and tornadoes. There is almost no place in this country that's decent weather-wise.

Stay safe, folks!

There is always that one day out of a year of perfect weather that we can always look forward to. I don't know what we would do if we got 2 days of perfect weather.

On a serious note, did everybody on the board that were affected get through it ok?

Need to add NIUfilmaker to the stay safe group as Charleston could have a bad storm surge with just a CAT1. Everything around Charleston is low.

GO HUSKIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think all you Floridians should pack up and move to Nebraska. Not much - good or bad - happens there. You can spend your summers watching the corn grow. Come fall, you can run around yelling "GO BIG RED" at the top of your lungs. Living at its best!
