UAB is one of only three
FBS schools that have had zero scores from the Wide Receiver position.

Auburn and South Florida are the other two.

We need him to take the top off of the defenses cause Deebo will be seeing 8 in the box from now on.

This is almost like Shrop and Hopkins's first game together. A&M he was hurt immediately and he was suspended four GSU. The Liberty game was rainy and we didn't really try to pass the ball. Hopefully they get it going. The passing game is woefully inept currently.

We need an OC that can dial up more offensive play schemes

Impressive company........no. I'm not sure if our WR & TE corp are good or not.

Me neither...but I'm pretty sure our play caller is not good

Are you referring to the HC, OC or QB? Or all three?

As I’m not in the huddle or on the sidelines, I guess I can’t really say for sure.
The last couple years, when our offensive play calling wasn’t good, we were told that’s bc the OC was only doing what the HC wanted.
That HC is gone, the former OC is now HC…and play calling still isn’t good.
Maybe it’s bc of the HC?
Maybe it’s bc of the OC?
Maybe it’s bc of the AD?
I really don’t think it’s bc of the QB

RE: UAB is one of only three
UAB is one of 6 schools averaging over 250 yards rushing per game.
We were up 28-0 in first quarter of first game. Not much need to pass there.
Second game was played in a rain storm. Passing would be tough.
Third game we were up 21-0. Passing was not going to be a big part of the offense after that lead. Just keep the play in front of you on defense and run the clock on offense.
The game Saturday could be a good test of the pass offense. Just win, baby!

Does South Florida even have scores from any position other than the FG kicker?
