I wore a JMU t-shirt to Dunkin Donuts and a man said, “Hey, another JMU dad!” and I was like, how old do I look?

I went to JMU, and I’m a dad, but I’m not a “JMU dad” quite yet…

At our restaurant last night in NoVa, there were only two waitresses wearing college football jerseys, one had a VT jersey, one had a JMU jersey.

The girl wearing the VT jersey came to our table, and I asked if she attended VT. She said "no, my boyfriend does" ... and I replied "well, guess thats a good excuse to wear such a loser team's jersey, didn't WVU crush them?"

Turns out she is JMU sophomore majoring in business. By the end of the night she agreed to just wear purple all the time.

More good coverage on ESPN College Football Countdown before tonight’s BYU game. JMU got a segment as part of the 21 teams remaining including highlights from the great win this past weekend.

The Dukes have completely usurped the media spotlight from CrApp state and I know it gets their gizzard. Hail to the superior Dukes as the Q rating continues to climb into uncharted territory.

Its a lot of fun to be part of the mouse's hype machine when you're winning. It should get real interesting if this continues for a few more games.
