Unfortunately this ruling won't mean much in the end. Max penalty of 1.6m for the org and no jail time for anybody involved. it just confirms the stuff most of us with clear eyes know they're doing, and will do nothing to dissuade those who intentionally have the blinders on.

The potential fallout could be much broader, if someone with a spine should choose to pursue it.

Don't think it'll just be the organization when all is said and done. $200k paid in taxes to China while only paying $750...not k...to the US. Making loan interest from his kids "paying back" loans. Those amounts ending in .00...pretty uncommon.
