Yeah historic inflation and a market down 24% are great accomplishments. And his anti-inflation bill that will actually add to inflation is genius. His student loan forgiveness that will raise taxes and also add to inflation is another great one. Not to mention the soaring crime and disaster at the border. And now he's asking for another 22 billion for Covid funding after he said the pandemic was over a couple weeks ago. Strange. He's killing it!

He doesn't know or care anything about it.

Basically what I meant. He was trying to stay in power, which helps his ego (and his wealth, probably). The result of the loser being able to stay in power would be more or less the end of the democracy.

It isn't even so much about Trump himself anymore, but "Trumpism."

I've lost count the number of politicians and ideologues who've lurched far right and lost their minds trying to out-MAGA each other.

I've seen enough MAGA posts on social media to know we are in frightening times. It's open calls for white Christian nationalism and language straight out of 1930s Europe.

I am surprised that Americans can support a man who openly tried to overthrow his government to remain in power. It's like they openly want fascism to rule our land.
