Agreed. I think the team will be excited and focused to play. The first home game was intense and fun to watch, but it was a miserable rainy slime pit the entire time. With the fall like weather at night getting into the 60s, no rain, light wind, this feels like the first real home game of the season to me.

I'm not sure about that spread either. Akron had to go to OT to beat FCS Saint Francis, but then had to face two top 15 teams on the road, so we don't have a G5 matchup to compare them too. Our offense is still sputtering in terms of efficiency, so it wouldn't surprise me if we show some growing pains there still, but I hope to see some improvement.

I say the good fall vibes with a 2 and 1 record, coming off our "moral victory," allow us to crack 19k announced.
