On another note, I did not really realize that Nebraska has had 5 losing seasons in a row and #6 is all but guaranteed. Yet, their fans have continued their sellout streak - isn't some ridiculous number like 340 in a row? Now, that program does have a storied past and they have never been the same since leaving the b12 to join the b10. They left the Texas and Oklahoma rivalries and recruiting grounds behind and...

They also have 50-60 years of a winning tradition.

And widely considered to have the most loyal fan base in college football.

No doubt Houston came into the season laughably overrated tho

Plus, it’s a state university where there’s 0 other D1 football teams and no major pro sports.

In Nebraska you have two options on Saturday. Go to football game or sit and watch the corn grow.

Well you could visit the farm where the Klingon blew up two Suliban in a grain silo, but that not going to happen for a few hundred years.

I thought that was Broken Arrow, OK. 03-wink

Actually, we're both wrong. It was Broken Bow Oklahoma.

Good or not had ZERO to do with being chosen

You mean market share, large endowment and less crime in the city mean something ? Surely you jest? I thought they got in because of that awesome stadium that they built?

They are fudging the numbers. Or someone is just buying up all the unsold tickets. I saw some pics from the GA Southern game and that stadium is not full.
