Vegas line has Ohio State by 31 !/2.

With the way our offensive line performs, I can't see us scoring more than 7-10 points. Also read a story that Ohio State is putting in more blitzes this week for their defensive ends.

We have a very good defense, but I fear that Ohio State will dominate the time of possession and that will lead to an offensive onslaught.

I’m just not sold on our offensive performance. Played 2 pretty weak programs so far, and still watched the offense struggle to put together complete games. I’ll be surprised if we score 14 points or more. Now, on the defensive side, I am really looking forward to see how the Rocket D performs against THEIR first real test (and a big one at that).

I think OSU scores a late garbage TD to cover the spot. We collect our big bag of $$$ and focus on the rest of the season.

Hope we can score, and keep them under 40. 37 to 10.

I see no hope of winning. Our defense is pretty good. Probably near the top of the group of five. But not enough depth to compete with the Buckeyes. But I’m sorry, I just think our offense is butt ugly.

We all know we are razor thin on O line. We also cannot sacrifice DF for MAC season just to reduce the spread. Unfortunately I give the points away and worry that the O/U may exceed 62. I'm hoping we keep it spread in 20's but the D isn't my concern.

I think we only rush 4 all nigh like our past games at Ark & ND and play a 4-2-5 virtually entire game when we switch in 4th quarter to our newly created
4-2-6. I really thought we could keep this close at beginning of season but those unfortunate line injuries hurt. Just how much it really would help I don't know. We must convert some mid range passes 10 to 25 yards when OSU blitzes. They will blitz. We must protect with what we have to get extra receivers downfield for whatever advantage we can get. Can we run the ball? Likely not E-W.
