Of course, I'm realizing that Kentucky will probably put 70 on NIU this Saturday.
Ohio State players were wide open on so many passes. Toledo didn't defend very well. There's a reason why Ohio State scored TDs on 11 of their 13 possessions.

2 boundry catches and 3 TDs in first half were in bounds by 1 to 3 inches. Only the TD in the back of the endzone wasnt defended well. No MAC team completes 3 out of 5 of those passes. Ohio State played their best game to date. Still embarassing. But Finn had a 97.5 QBR. He looked awesome.

Finn's going to run for 150 yards against us, maybe more. We always miss the QB when we do get into the backfield.

I didn't turn on the game until 3rd qtr but saw wide open Ohio state players catching passes. Were there no Toledo defenders around to push them out of bounds if it was that close to the sideline or were they just blowing past your defenders along the sidelines?

Why does Miami keep playing Cincy? They can't beat them and it's just embarrassing for the league. UC isn't even a true P5 school, yet Miami plays like a FCS school against them every single year. Come on, Redhawks. And now that UC thinks they're too good to play in Oxford, this series needs to take a break at the least...
It is the only home game where Miami draws over 20,000 at Oxford or 30,000 at Paycor. Most of we UC fans want the series ended.

2nd half was much worse than the 1st defensively as far as competing with the catcher.
But no, they were running routes to the boundry, catching them full speed and toe tapping heading out of bounds. Watch the game recap. Unbelievable! The anouncers said incomplete on at least two of em until the slow mo was shown. The fans hardly yelled because they looked so unlikely in.

Gotta give a shout out to Reggie Gilliam (Toledo) last night for the Bills. Scored his first NFL TD on a nice screen pass/run. Signed by Buffalo as an undrafted free agent in April 2020, he's been a very important part of their special teams and is the only Fullback.

NFL Network had 169k viewers for the game on Saturday. That's higher than all the other NFLN games aired a few years ago (one featuring Army) and more than most all G5 teams get on ESPNU

That's awesome. It certainly helped that it was a really good football game.
One way to sell an an ongoing MAC-NFL Network relationship would be to emphasize that our conference footprint is basically the birthplace of professional football.
