it was a trophy lost to time 70 years ago. back in the 40's students would go back and forth pulling stunts and painting their colors on objects on the others campus. admins tried to slow the roll by making a paint bucket into a trophy. when the series stopped in 1957 for almost 20 years everyone forgot about it. media muppets keep bringing it up to be funny.

seems like at one time ark state had more players from memphis than u of memphis

Well that’s a good point and I guess I didn’t technically mean “typo”.

But your question got me thinking and I did come up with a two-letter (two-key if you’re in a keyboard) typo that it could have been.

Of course, it was even worse than Paint Bucket, so much so that I won’t even write it out here. But now it’s stuck in my head and I won’t be able to watch this game today without thinking of it as the TF Bowl.
