Also, should include standings with FCS wins left out.

So, AAC would be 5-9, MWC would be 5-14, etc.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that — for comparing FBS teams, or determining power-ratings for FBS teams — losses to FCS opponents are relevant, but wins over FCS opponents are not relevant, IMHO.

The AAC sure is having a bad year. They probably shouldn't have a single ranked team in the conference at season's end.

What if an FBS team beats North Dakota State? Should that be considered relevant as a conference win?

Maybe you need to double check your numbers. Sun Belt has 4 P5 wins so far. VT, #8 Notre Dame, #6 Texas A&M and Nebraska.

Maybe you need to double check your numbers. Sun Belt has 4 P5 wins so far. VT, #8 Notre Dame, #6 Texas A&M and Nebraska.
He’s saying that the Sun Belt is a power conference, and the PAC is G5. 02-13-bananaCOGS

But don’t take the joke too seriously: some of the MWC losses (and one of its wins) came against the PAC, so the #s would need to be adjusted.

Honestly, I would say no.

But I’m willing to compromise. If an FBS team beats NDSU at the Fargodome, I’d make an exception.

Why not? If UC, Houston and/or SMU win out they will be 11-1. SMU still has winnable games against P5 Maryland and TCU. UC has Indiana.
