Most lopsided FCS rivalry
Among the FCS rivalries played annually (or close) which is the most lopsided? Wikipedia list the rivalries but not the records.

I did not know this, but it will now use it to explain how the Atlantic 10 is vastly superior to the Big East.

RE: Most lopsided FCS rivalry
App State vs. Western Carolina (The Battle for the Old Mountain Jug) was pretty lopsided by the end. We played every year from 1946 to 2013. The 1979 game was the second-ever live broadcast on ESPN, and Sports Illustrated called it "the greatest football rivalry you've never heard of" in the 1980s.
App went 26-2 in the last 28 years of the rivalry (9-0 in the last 9 years, 58-19-1 all-time).
When we moved up to FBS, WCU said they wouldn't play us again unless we could play a game in Cullowhee. FBS schools don't typically schedule games at FCS schools, so the series ended.

The series between W&M and VMI stands at 53-33-2 though W&M has won 25 straight now in the series, which I think is listed as longest current FCS winning streak. W&M and VMI will renew the rivalry in 2024. Among CAA rivals, W&M is 14-3 against Rhode Island and 14-4 against UNH (most of those games had both teams with winning records, kind of a fluke we won so many against them). Also 9-1 against Lehigh.
Some others that I recall as surprisingly lopsided with a large number of games:
Yale 28-4 over Holy Cross
Princeton 42-17 over Lehigh
I’m sure ND State and Delaware among others might have some very lopsided series as well given they have a consistent history of winning seasons.

By the end only one school was FCS, but Delaware had an annual game against West Chester from 1968-2012. Prior to 1968, Delaware led the series 6-3-2 and it had been dormant since 1956.
From 1968 to the end in 2012, every game was at UD. Delaware went 41-3-0. West Chester's wins were in 1983, 1988 (by 20!), and 1992.

What’s cool yet crazy about the West Chester-UD rivalry was how well attended those games were, even against other FCS opponents. It was a good rivalry for the sake of local interests. I want to say that some of those games got better gates than UD’s games against longtime CAAF rival, Villanova.
Colgate has something like a 47-14-4 record against Lafayette. Penn is 63-23-4 versus the Leopards.

Not so much.
There are three eras of NDSU football: all time(since 1894), modern(since 1965), and DI(since 2004). 1965 was the year a group of former football players and other members of the community started lobbying and donating to NDSU athletics and caused the administration to start taking sports seriously. Prior to that, NDSU lost quite a few games.
Even after 1965, NDSU's primary rival of UND managed a couple of extended winning streaks to keep things from getting lopsided. And while the overall record against SDSU has been good since 1965, they've done well against us in recent years; enough that the rivalry hasn't been lopsided. Also adding UNI as a tertiary rival.
SDSU
63-44-5 all time
49-11 modern
14-8 DI
UND
49-62-3 all time
39-16 modern
4-0 DI
UNI
29-26 all time
23-8 modern
11-4 DI
