College football
Crazy first real weekend of games especially local to NC. State with top 10 hopes having to get lucky to beat EZ, and UNC in a crazy game over Ap.

RE: College football
App always plays the in-state schools well, and we know they're prone to upsetting big schools in the past. They just always seem to have a relatively consistent football program for a mid-major level school.

RE: College football
ASU has built a really solid program and they returned a lot of 4th, 5th and 6th year guys. They were replacing all of their production from last year at WR, but otherwise had a very experienced team. After Josh Downs was announced as out, ASU was favored by 1.5 points. Carolina's defense has to improve, but the offense is still humming along.
From what I've heard locally about ECU, they're expected to be improved this year as well. Not sure what to make of NCST; it was a disappointing performance for a team with the hype surrounding their program entering the season, but a win nonetheless. We won't really know what they're made of until the Clemson game in a month. Beginning with Clemson, 4 of their 5 games are interesting. @Clemson, FSU, @Syracuse, VT should be an easy win and then they host WFU. Although they have struggled with Wake, that is usually on the road; if you believe the hype, they're supposed to win 4 of those 5 and winning all 5 puts them in the ACC championship game.
