ECU has a great set up. They have a great fan base - student section and most of the crowd stood in the rain and didn't leave. Turn out would have been even better if not for the weather. Paid attendance - 36,000. Campus looks great. Town supports the pirates everywhere. Wish Norfolk business community would back ODU more. ECU has it going on. Would LOVE to have the in the Sun Belt. Glad the series goes on with them. A lot of fun.

It was nice getting to meet VBMonarch and MrBigBlue at the alumni tailgate. Hope to see y'all in CVille.

I was unable to go to ECU this past weekend and was traveling so I couldn't watch either... for those that went, how was Monarch Nation's attendance? The first time we played at ECU, we had a huge turnout. In fact, the ECU parking attendant said he's been working the lots for over 20yrs and it was the largest away crowd he had ever seen. Hopefully, we had a good showing this year as well, in spite of the weather.
