2023 AAC conference football schedules
I've looked about a bit but cannot find anything saying that the American is going to nine conference games next year. But when I look at Rice, Memphis, SMU and a few others, they only have three ooc games listed at https://fbschedules.com/ .

Anyone have anything definitive?

Navy just dropped our return game AT Marshall on Labor Day weekend...because our Notre Dame game will be in Dublin Week Zero...seeking a week of recovery after traveling multiple time zones.

We replaced the Herd with Wagner Week 2 keeping 4 OOC.

That was July 27, so, all signs point to 8 games.

My daughter went to ND and now lives in Berlin. We're seriously thinking about going to Dublin for that game.

Our youngest is in Dublin for this school year. We're trying to figure out visits - whole crew over there over Christmas probably, but we have a December graduation...but she'll be back well before the Navy game.

Wife and I will still go to the game next August.
Took the whole crew in 2012 (we had just moved from Napoli to the UK weeks prior). Had game tickets and lodging for the 2020 game before it was cancelled.

Yeah we will need the OOC games even more in the coming "years of uncertainty". We don't get the benefit of the doubt like the Big 10 would if it didn't play any OOC.

Temple has four OOC games scheduled for 2023: Akron, Rutgers, Norfolk, Miami FL. Hmmm, not murderers row.

We have 3 OOC scheduled for 2024: Oklahoma, Coastal Carolina, UConn. That’s more like it! Will enjoy the SEC opportunity. Will probably add another FCS game.

Florida A&M is not FBS

Correct; but that year, 2023, is not one of the years that USF plays Bama.
