Threw $50 on Bucks to win it all for fun. Feel like everything has lined up correctly for it to be their year with most elite O IMO and new DC with plenty of talent on that side as well. If Day doesn’t get the job done his seat may get warmer than any year in the past. Lose to Michigan again and it will be hot which we don’t want either. Win-Win situation bet for me if it hits and I want all the marbles!

Besides that I can’t wait for American/Big Ten/SEC football to kick back off and bet your a$$ I’ll be following the Big 12 like never before. Can’t wait!

Jim Mora had UConn playing above their talent early on taking a 14-0 lead against Utah St. However, the Aggies have scored 21 unanswered points in the past 12 minutes or so coming up on the half.

Scott Frost blows it this time to Northwestern 31-28. He has some unreal number of losses within 7 points for his Nebraska career. His coaching seat is hot...

He's 5-21 in one score games. Ouch! Today he elected to try an onside kick up 11 points. 03-lmfao

Utah State now up on the Huskies 24-14 at Halftime.

Scott Frost probably should start looking for apartments in Tuscaloosa once he accepts the Quality Control Coach gig in December.

Another coach that needs to get off to a good start is FSU's Mike Norvell. Unlike Frost, he's only beginning Year Three but he's 8-13 overall. FSU needs to look good against FCS Duquesne or the grumblings will rise.

Normally I wouldn't argue for UGone but...they were 24.5 dogs and lost by 11 on the road. Their starting QB left the game from injury early in the first. The parts of the game I watched the players kept fighting until the end. Mora gets credit for having his rebuilt/young team ready to play.

Yes but they led 14-0 and then were out scored 31-6.

Why didn't the American or B12 put a solid night game on TV. ECU v Memphis or ISU v K-State. A decent match up tonight would draw a decent amount of eyeballs as its the only real game and would draw much better ratings.

I know I watched Neb v NW. Two weeks from now I doubt I watch more than a few minutes, but today I watched the entire game.

Front, and Fickell, are giving more ammunition to the "Grass isn't always greener" crowd every damn game.

RE: 2022 College Football Season Thread
Odds he makes it the full season?

Quote:"If I had it over,” Frost told the media in Ireland after the game, “I wouldn’t make the call."

Perhaps if athletic director Trev Alberts had it over, he wouldn’t have brought Frost back for this fifth season. This was a Hail Mary attempt to save a local hero, a former national championship quarterback from the Tom Osborne glory days. It seemed to be a sign of defeat and didn’t figure to work—and now the reboot is off to a brutal start.

They tried everything to make this a radical makeover: replacing four offensive staffers; hiring a special teams coordinator; Frost giving up the play-calling job (and taking a pay cut); hitting the transfer portal for six new starters, including quarterback Casey Thompson. Yet the more things changed, the more the bottom line stayed the same.

Frost is now 5–21 in one-score games at Nebraska, which is hard to do. His Huskers aren’t just unlucky, which the apologists tried to say last year; they blow games. They blew this game. Twice, Nebraska led by 11 points, and twice they surrendered those leads.

Lost Frost
