Random fan to TCU fan: "You guys were totally outmatched. You didn't deserve to be there. How humiliating. "
TCU fan: "We beat Michigan, didn't we?"
WHAT'S YOUR COMEBACK ????
Why does there need to be a comeback? One week does not translate to the next week. If you haven't learned that yet, you're going to be on an emotional rollercoaster and won't be able to figure things out.
If TCU had lost to Georgia... lets say, 31-10... I could buy your argument.
Dude, they lost 65-7. That's worse than getting your gym shorts whipped down in front of the whole school.
Michigan basically gave O$U back the bagging rights for this season by losing to TCU.
I don’t think this has anything to do with Michigan or Ohio State. They both lost in the playoffs in different ways.
TCU’s loss is embarrassing because it’s a record that is unlikely to be broken for long time of ever. Once you get to 12 teams the chances you get a team that is utterly destroyed in the championship round by that round is small but some first round or second round games could get ugly. When they do the TCU game will start as a reference point for blowout playoff games.
I rather be UC and lose to Bama the way they did than get humiliated in the championship game. There are two things you don’t want to do in the post season, the first is lose by a record amount and the second is to blow a lead that leads to a record comeback.
