My usual request to keep the NIU "brand" going. Red tops, black pants= good luck and winning football games (see the record home and away when wearing red tops and black pants last year).

agreed JJJ. the traditional colors and uni combinations are the best. but I'll get behind whatever they chose

Bleeds, I hate to say it but after all these years on this board you are now officially “old”. In saying that, I would love to see an all red uniform. “Kids” and “olds” be dammed!

I want corn. Corn head to toe. And instead of names, I want the nameplates to read "Monsanto."

I would like to see a Penn State type uniform, but less ostentatious. White jersey, white pants, white socks, white shoes. The helmet will be plain white - absolutely nothing on it. Only numbers on the jersey - no names, no team name, no stripes….nothing.

Since every first down in DeKalb is "brought to you by" some local bank that I still can't remember the name of, maybe just put the bank name on the jerseys.

I don't mind color combos. Problem is number/letter colors, graphics. Keep the numbers and logo the same color and NEVER use silver again!

Black/black, red/black, black/red. I do like the white/white, black (plain) numbers (NOT the red numbers, striped sleeves) and red outline with white helmet and red NIU for away games.
