Did ETSU athletes go? Is this now being used as a recruiting tool?

Saban is a good one to be complaining. In addition to his huge salary, a direct reason for the Supreme Court decision and the creation of student NIL, this dude is cashing in on his own NIL with those commercials. Saban and his money grabbing colleagues brought this on and now they want to complain about it?

RE: NIL Summit
No athletes have gone. The summit is in June.

ETSU is in the process of selecting an NIL model. Do you understand that ETSU cannot participate in funding an NIL. An outside group has to be officially formed to raise money from businesses and supporters. No money, no NIL.

$500 per attendee, plus travel, hotel, etc. I will presume that the Collective that represents a school is expected to pay the attendees fees.

RE: NIL Summit
Are these mega-paid coaches afraid this is going to eventually come out of their paychecks as the redistribution of college athletics wealth sets in? They brought the NIL on by grabbing the big bucks —and players, their families, and agents now want a part of the action. Surprised it’s taken this long for the NIL or a players’ union to emerge. It’s all about the MONEY.

LSU's Brian Kelly says college sports are 'in jeopardy' if NIL 'doesn't get fixed'
