Loading up on 4 and 5 star recruits has not got us very far.

We need older, more experienced players on a consistent basis and then add a few blue chip recruits to the mix.

And lets be realistic, the NCAA investigations are impacting our recruiting options.

I've just been disappointed with different things these past couple of years. I wanted Musselman before we hired Penny because I thought he brought multiple things to the table. It seems he's becoming there what I thought he could here.

Musselman has been coaching for 30 years. He darn well better bring some things to the table wherever he is.

And I'm not sure he is the ideal fit for Memphis. This is not Fayetteville.

Just because a guy is a good coach does not mean he is the right coach for this program.

Here is a link to a video on Young. Appears he has been working hard in the weight room.

I meant a head coach with NBA ties at a smaller school with a passionate fan base being able to recruit at an elite level. A guy can be a coach for 20 plus years and still such. A coach can be a Brad Stevens right out of the gate. I want Penny and Memphis to return to prominence. Period.

Musselman would kill it anywhere.

Welcome Jahmar!
