I assume he is referring to Tilman Fertitta, billionaire owner of the Houston Rockets and chairman of the University of Houston System board of regents.

Mack Rhoades and Kirby Hocutt are probably the most vocal ADs in the Big 12.

The Texas contingent of Baylor, Texas Tech, and TCU is a pretty influential group, voting block.

I could see Cincy, WVU, UCF becoming an eastern voting block.

I raised this point a while back when we were spitballing divisions and most ppl kept splitting UH from the other Texas schools.
