I think we will see some guys who have played limited roles really step up. I also like Fairbanks a lot. What position will he play? He reminds me of Elliott Henigan a bit who was a really good player under Callaway.

Well yeah, that was strange sort of like a Harry Potter reference that made no sense.

I looked it up because it confused me as well. It's apparently slang for a positive personal transformation.

My initial response to learning that was "You kids get off my lawn!"
