Jeff Traylor interview from 365 SicEm.

Was TTU first coach rumored they went after HARD.

Rumor was Traylor turned Tech down, and said they should hire Joey McGuire.

Also interesting was rumor was that UTSA wanted to hire Joey McGuire, and he turned them down. Told UTSA they should hire Jeff Traylor.

Two legendary HS coaches told the other school they should hire the other person....

Also...last season, I believe McGuire turned down a position at OU.

McGuire also tried to get the HC job at BU after Rhule left....job eventually went to Aranda.
