If both leagues are at about $30M/yr as currently constructed, I wonder how the numbers would change if you swung a few of the best from one league to the other?

Are there 6 Big 12 schools that you could put in the Pac 10 and make that number more like $40M? The same goes for the adding PAC 10 schools to the Big 12.

The issue then becomes how much does it cost B12 schools to move, and same question for Pac 12/10 schools.
Same question sould be asked in both directions. Pac right now is 30 or <30, B12 seems to me 30+ as is. Is it cheaper for P12 to go B12, or B12 go P12. Everything I read says Pac can leave for far less than B12. Not only GOR but also exit fees. If that is the case, why would B12 be the schools moving? Starting point for TV is higher in B12, Cheaper for Pac schools to move, and add their value.
